My heart is grieving until this moment that I no longer have a wedding ring on my third finger. It was accidentally lost while I was attending a beauty training course last year. Our teacher instructed us to remove all jewelry while we were doing a hair re-bonding chemical application. My mind really refused to follow the instruction but our teacher told me personally to remove it. I then placed it inside my jeans pocket. Because of excitement, I totally forgot to get my ring from my pocket after the hair re-bonding Eight hours session. It was only at home that I remembered it and then… found out it was no longer in my jeans pocket. I exerted effort to find it – went to the training venue and went to places I’ve been for the whole day but all my efforts were futile. Whew! Because of the incident, I decided to stop attending the class. I was so discouraged and wished I didn’t enroll after all.
Good new is my hubby promised to replace it before we will celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary . Though it will still be in 2020 , he has started looking for for platinum wedding rings. Why Platinum ? Because it is a strong and malleable metal and is the perfect one for making wedding bands and rings. It is highly resistant to wear and tear and excellent base to set precious stone in. I wish he can find a cheaper platinum rings soon.
In the United States , the Fourth of July is a national holiday cities and towns have parades and fireworks displays, picnics, and all other patriotic celebrations. All of this is in remembrance of July 4, 1776, when the 13 American colonies declared their independence.
Yes, the word “Independence” appeals to all ages. It means “freedom from the control and influence of others.” Today a lot of teenagers talk about gaining their independence. Many adults have the goal of being “independently wealthy.” And senior citizens want to maintain their independence. Whether anyone is ever truly independent is a discussion for another time and place—but it sounds good. Craving political or personal independence is one thing but daring to pursue spiritual independence is a problem also in this generation. We are not at the new age of being independent also from GOD. More and more people are turning away from GOD , thinking that they can have peace and success without the presence and intervention of our almighty. We need to recognize deep spiritual dependence to GOD. Jesus said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5). We should not be being self-reliant instead we should be totally and eternally dependent on the One who died to set us free.
Happy Independence Day!
I saw this on facebook yesterday even before ABS-CBN shared a news story on their lifestyle section. I was mobile and had a hard time embedding the codes through wordpress mobile apps, so I decided to forego it and wait till I’ll be on my PC. The story truly is heartwarming. Being a wedding coordinator, I have seen a lot of beautiful wedding videos but this one made me cry a lot. Wannah cry too ? Play the video.
Early this year, Rowden and Leizl decided to get married on July 8, 2014, Rowden’s 30th birthday. Together with their adorable 2-year-old daughter, they already had a perfect family.
Then a twist of fate, Rowden got diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer in late May. His last request was to marry his one true love. After 12hours of preparations, his dream was fulfilled. Unable to take him outside the hospital, we brought the church to him. It was like a heartbreaking fairytale.
Rowden Go Pangcoga, at the age of 29-years-old, passed away on June 11, 2014. Less than 10hours after he said his vows.
He is survived by his wife Leizel May, daughter Zakiah Rowzel, mother Lorelei, and brothers Hasset & Hisham.
A friend who’s into networking business convince me to join their network in selling Acai Juice. She promised lucrative income considering that their products are organic and in- demand in the market. I heard about Acai Berry for a long time now but I have not really research how effective it is in treating diseases. Here’s what I found :
Acai juice has been said to have very high amounts of antioxidants, even more than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and blue berry. Studies in the University of Texas have found that drinking the juice daily can help prevent the development and spread of cancer cells.
Acai Berry, Sour Sop, Pomegranate. Just some of the incredibly wonderful creations in the world that can help us better our well being. Isn’t it great that Mother Nature has given us her blessings in the form of fruits to help us overcome this disease called cancer? These three fruits, although associated greatly with preventing or helping alleviate the suffering of cancer patients in the world, can also help in other more ways than one with our health. Every year, scientists discover something new in nature to make our lives easier. I’m sure you’ve heard of medicinal herbs discovered left and right, from different exotic forests in the world that help with other diseases.
Cancer can be a very expensive disease nowadays. It requires plenty of challenging and expensive treatments to be healed. However, there are many resources that people have found which can help lessen or totally diminish the price tag on your cancer treatment. There are a lot of alternative cancer treatments offered all over, all you have to do is to seek your doctor’s assistance and with the help of the power of Internet, you’ll eventually find your way to a cancer free life.
Assuming you are a Christian, I am going to show you how to receive your healing to be rid of any disease in three steps. I don’t care what it is: Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, herpes, AIDS, blindness, deafness or breast cancer.
It doesn’t matter what it is. God is bigger than any disease. “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believe” (Mark 9:23). “By HIS ( Jesus ) stripes you were healed” (1 Peter 2:24b).
