Moving out to L.A.

I had a long chat with my sister-in-law early this morning. I haven’t been in touched with her for three weeks now since my old email-ad crashed down. I took the chance to thank her again for all the gifts she sent us last Christmas. Gifts that were truly expensive like signature shoes, bags, clothes and a variety of beauty products (those were expensive buys since the price tags of some items $100 – $200 were still on it… lol!).

You know, girls do talk… it varies from family, work related issues to celebrities… from struggles in life to victories! She mentioned to me of her decision to finally move out from Glendale to Los Angeles. She was both happy and sad … happy since she had established friendship and working relationship with her neighbors and fellow workers… and sad at the same time to leave all those people she had been with for the past 9 years she’s in the U.S. She’s so busy with preparing all the stuffs and other things for this transition that I volunteered to help her look for a Car Transport Service for her moving out. I’m glad I found TnT Auto Transport Services. I looked at the site’s Auto Transport Reviews and I found countless of customers satisfied with their excellent services. They have been servicing private individuals and Fortune 500 companies since 1968. Hmmm… I guess my sister-in-law has nothing to worry with this Auto Transport Company.

New Business Venture

Encouraged by my two successful week-end Garage Sale, I am planning to make it a regular business this time . A friend with an “Ukay-Ukay” stall in Puerto this City, motivated me to venture into the business. She has contact with reliable suppliers which sell bundles of used clothing, shoes and bags from Hongkong and Singapore in a very low wholesale price. Her computation of investment and profit looks lucrative and profitable. Return of Investment will be gained in 3 months time. Over head cost is not much since I will just share rental cost of the area with my brother’s Clinic and Pharmacy. All I need are two sales clerk and one cashier. All I have to do is install metal wall hooks to carry the hanged clothes around the four corners of the stall and 2 sliding glass cabinets for the bags and shoes.

A friend told me to visit wroughtironhaven.com and there I found lots of accessories I need like curtain rods, hooks and hangers, candle holders, towel and wine racks. They have 1300 home and garden items to choose from. Below are samples of things I need. Before I forget check also their site for free Shippping .

Back to my business plan, I have already at-hand the feasibility study and truly it’s not a mind-bogging business. it is uncomplicated and inventory is so easy as an ABC …so will not also take most of my time . What do you think of this business? It’s not really too savvy … unlike a boutique with designer products on displays.. but sure this would really make money.

Shareware as Software

Gosh! My office computer crashed down again! Misery truly loves company huh! My mind’s still in limbo as to where to go and what to do. With loads of paperworks and deadlines to meet…What shall I do now? Our church’s Leadership Summit will be next week and I am still halfway to finishing my computer works. I do not have a choice but to bring my computer works at home.. I barely have 4 days to complete it and I’m pretty sure this will be a rough ride for me. I’ll expect some sleepless nights … and a hungry stomach.

Maybe I need a sync windows software this time since my files and folders are already crowding my hard disk. I need to syncronize every thing so as meet the deadline, hasten my work and do it with accuracy. I am glad I found http://filesync.moleskinsoft.com . Downloading the software is free for non-commerical usage. Yes, I need Shareware 2 to detect files and software that were doubled in entry and has been dormant for the past 3 years . I am sure there are countless of documents, images, videos, powerpoints and PDF files that need to be extracted . A thorough clean-up of the system is needed this time . Another culprit of this trouble were thoe virus infected USB’s frequently plugged into my PC. Or it might be that I have to think of buying a brand new computer with bigger memory and an updated version to carry all the files and softwares. Hmmmm… this gives me the idea to propose for a new unit and a 3-in-1 printer on my budget proposal during the Leader’s Summit. I hope my request will be granted during our project deliberation. I’ll just pray the leadership will see the need .Wish me luck folks!
