Have you heard of smokers term life insurance? It’s not offered yet in the Philippines but in the Western Countries like USA and UK, it’s a common thing. Much has been said and advocated about the danger of smoking in our lives like how it shortens smokers lifespan by 40%, the potential to have lung cancer and other fatal diseases associated with the habit .Why are smoker’s aren’t afraid amidst all the warning? It’s because smoking is addictive and it’s very hard to be free from the bondage of the puff. Exercise is essential in maintaining a healthy body. Nevertheless, it is a good lifestyle that we need to consider. However, we tend to overdo it sometimes that we overlook its negative effects. Exercise is good, that’s a fact BUT if we do it more than what our body can bear, chances are we will suffer the consequences.

In exercise, there are cautions that we need to follow. Don’t take exercise as a rigid activity that will consume you both mentally and physically. It will just defeat the purpose. Rather, make it lighter and fun. Always seek for a medical advice before engaging yourself in the kind of exercise that is suitable for you. My hubby takes
