On Exercise

Exercise is essential in maintaining a healthy body. Nevertheless, it is a good lifestyle that we need to consider. However, we tend to overdo it sometimes that we overlook its negative effects. Exercise is good, that’s a fact BUT if we do it more than what our body can bear, chances are we will suffer the consequences.

In exercise, there are cautions that we need to follow. Don’t take exercise as a rigid activity that will consume you both mentally and physically. It will just defeat the purpose. Rather, make it lighter and fun. Always seek for a medical advice before engaging yourself in the kind of exercise that is suitable for you. My hubby takes
