My SIL is due for CS !

The family is so excited to welcome the new member of the clan! My brother called me up yesterday and announced that his wife is due for Caesarian Operation this Monday. I am sad knowing that it’s C.S. but overwhelmed with the fact that a baby will be out soon.

Now we are all busy looking for baby’s crib, stroller, clothes and other necessary things. The challenge is we do not know if it’s a baby girl or boy since my SIL chose not to undergo ultra sound to add excitement . How about a Mountain Buggy Duet ? I just it’s not twins.

People who want to help with baby sonograms may want to check here for more info. It is fun to be involved in a baby’s new life.

Thankful Thursday

I greatly thank God for the very successful celebration of our Church 25th Anniversary and Thanksgiving Celebration. Being the Grand Celebration program coordinator, I could say that it was God who worked and made all things in order. From the motorcade , processional , presentations and giving of plaques and tokens , to the banquet… everything went smoothly . Although there were behind the scene last minute instructions , on stage everything was Perfect.

Commendation goes to my committee members who selflessly gave their time and effort to make all things possible. Remember “ Your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

To God be the Glory, Honor and Thanksgiving.

Dream House posted on our Dream Wall

I could just imagine the beauty of the living room and dining room for our dream house. Granite countertops, granite dining tables and kitchen tables too. Wheeewww! But it would surely be one of those we look forward to for the next two years. We have been dreaming of having a new house with my family. My hubby and I made a sketch plan, a building design and an Isometric view of the house. We were all excited seeing the design and even pasted it on our dream wall. Every time we see it, we are reminded to pray and ask God for His provision. Yes, I myself dreamed of having a little garden outside our house, a music room and a study room for my husband who is a Church minister by profession.

Seeing the different kitchen designs in the net and the beauty of integrating granite materials really struck me. The natural granite designs added to the beauty and charm to dining tables and even in the bathrooms. That would be one of the features of our new home. It’s not only simple but elegant as well. I am starting to search for practical and affordable granite countertops price as early as now so we could be ready with our budget by the time we will start constructing our new house. This is a dream worth all our prayers and sacrifice too.

Infected with Photography Virus?

My husband got infected with a photography virus. He dreamed of owning a brand new digital camera so he could study photography and enhance his skills too. We bought a brand new digital camera for amateur photographers and both of us enjoyed using it during our family vacation trips, important church activities, birthdays and just anything that gets our attention and is worth taking a picture. When one of our church’s friends got engaged, we were excited to witness their photo ops with a professional photographer. It was a short learning session for us. We learned a lot from that experience and my husband got more interested in studying photography.

We want to improve our skills in this craft and we are thinking of enrolling a basic photography class. We can even ask the help of a friend who’s a family portrait photographer and an expert in this field. Just by surfing the net you can learn more about basic photography. Portrait photography North Shore is one site you would enjoy visiting. You would surely appreciate the difference of having your family portrait, picture of your friends or even pets get the high standard of photographic quality. Even the baby photography Sydney is quite interesting too. My sister-in-law from the US promised my husband to give him a brand new digital camera coming December. We would then be more interested to enroll in a photography class.
