Job fairs are a great way to explore potential employment and an opportunity to know about potential employers . Recently our city government opened a Job Fair in one of the biggest mall in our place. From overseas hiring, technical, engineering, accountancy, health care, manual labor to Janitor Jobs were opened. People from all ages flocked to the mall carrying with them their credentials. I was wondering what percentage of the thousands of job seekers will get employment after the job fair. I heard from a friend that Job Fair nowadays were too commercialized. Employers are there basically for free advertisement and just to gather resumes and applications. Is this true?
