We have parties for all sorts of occasions like birthdays, graduations, promotions, but how often do you have a Valentine’s Day/Evening Dinner Party? This holiday is often neglected to be celebrated with a group of people. Thanks to the Ladies Circle of Blessed Hope Community Church International for planning a Valentines Dinner Buffet for the couples of our church. Married and marriageable couples attended the event. Although it was planned in a rush, it came out successful , enjoyable and memorable.
The grand entrance of the men with their roses and upbeat music excites the women at the seats. The men’s serenade from the famous APO Hiking Society song “ Panalangin” brought back the vows once made during the couple’s wedding day.
The dance , oh yes…it has been decade that some had an intimate dance with their partners. It reminded us with our younger years when going to “Disco House” was a fad. The ambiance was made more romantic with a floating candle light in a red color watered- vase . The food was sumptuous The 5-layer cake added to the sweetness of the event.
It was our first valentines dinner gathering and we are looking forward for another memorable event next year!
